The manager
This package is for the professional who has stepped into a new management position, or is seeking to improve their management skillset. It will start with a diagnostic assessment to help you better understand your leadership style. Going beyond traditional coaching, this experience will include both coaching and direct guidance as you navigate the path to becoming an exceptional manager. Includes 2 60-minute calls per month plus weekly email support
Your Investment: $400 / month
The Career Launch
This package is for the recent graduate or young professional that is not sure where to start. We’ll begin by identifying your career goals, and then prepare you for your next steps through mock interviews and resume/cover letter review with feedback. Includes: Two 60 minute discovery coaching sessions; two 30 minute mock interviews; and one resume/cover letter review with edits.

The whole package
Coaching for the person who wants to unlock their potential—whether you are looking to elevate your work, increase your soft skills (including self-awareness and empathy), or participate in powerful conversations that help you understand who you are as a leader, this is a great place to begin.
Your Investment: $100 / Hour (Recommended Minimum: 6 Hours)
The virtual board buddy
Are you a nonprofit board member seeking support and guidance in building infrastructure to better support your board? Through this work, I will create tools specifically for your board, offer ongoing guidance, and ensure you have the resources needed to best support your board. Your Investment: $75 / Hour
*my #1 goal as a coach is to make coaching more accessible. If you are unable to afford the above rates for any reason, please still contact me - I provide limited pro bono engagements whenever i am able to.
